Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.
1. Deposits & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required on all orders.
For bespoke products, full payment is required at the point of purchase before production begins.
For standard products, full payment must be received before dispatch.
Failure to make payment may result in delays to production or delivery.
2. Bespoke Products
Bespoke products are made to your specific requirements and are non-refundable.
Any product that is made to order, customised, or built to your specifications is considered a bespoke product.
Once production has started, no changes can be made.
3. Product Variations
All products are handcrafted from natural stone.

Variations in colour, texture, and finish are to be expected

Natural markings and imperfections are not faults

Dimensions and measurements are subject to a tolerance of up to 10%

4. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all measurements provided are accurate.
We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect measurements.
5. Delivery
Delivery is arranged via a trusted third-party haulage firm.
If no one is available to accept delivery:

We may leave the item in a safe place agreed with you, or
-
Delivery will need to be rearranged (additional charges may apply)
Failure to rearrange delivery may result in storage and re-delivery fees.
6. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including issues with third-party couriers.
We will inform you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
7. Risk & Ownership
Goods become your responsibility upon delivery.
Ownership of the goods transfers once full payment has been received.
8. Returns & Cancellations
As our products are made to order or bespoke, we do not accept returns.
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins, however deductions may apply.
Once production has started, cancellation may result in charges.
9. Changes to Orders
Changes can be made before production begins.
Once production has started, changes cannot be made.
10. Damaged Goods
All products are securely packaged.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.
Failure to report damage within this time may affect your ability to make a claim.
11. Installation
We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect installation.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are installed correctly and, where necessary, by a qualified professional.
12. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill where it is foreseeable.
We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Business losses
-
Losses that were not foreseeable
13. Data Protection
We collect and store personal data only for order processing and customer communication, including:

Name and contact details

Address
-
Payment information
-
Order history
We do not retain data longer than necessary.
14. Agreement
By placing an order with us, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
